Efrat is the CEO of NATAL – the Israel Trauma and Resiliency Center, an organization that provides treatment and support to victims of trauma resulting from terrorism and war in Israel.
Before that, she was the CEO of the Opportunity Fund and of ELEM, a nonprofit dedicated to at-risk youth.
Efrat was a member and chair of the tri-sector roundtable at the Prime Minister’s Office, and today she is a member of the board of directors of the Israeli Government Corporations and sits on the Public High Committee for Clalit Health Services. Efrat teaches academic courses in civil society and social entrepreneurship. She holds an LL.B. with honours and a bachelor’s degree in business administration with honours from the IDC in Herzeliyya, as well as an LL.M. from Tel Aviv University.
She is married and has three children.
