Ido has extensive experience in the public-social sector in Israel. In the past, he worked in the Senior Strategy and Planning Division at the Ministry of Education, where he led numerous strategic thinking and writing processes, and specialized in measurement and evaluation while developing the “educational picture.” He also worked as a knowledge lead at MAOZ’s ADVOT joint venture, where he conducted studies and consulted on many educational projects.
His most recent position was product strategy and impact lead at Masterschool, an education startup.
He holds a bachelor’s degree in PPE (philosophy, politics and economics) from Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a master’s degree in behavioral economics from Reichman University.
He lives in Hod Hasharon with his wife Shachar and their two sons.
